Approximately 485 Kms north of Maputo on the Barra Point, Sunset Lodge, Praia da Barra, Mozambique offers nine fully equipped self-catering cottages . The units are situated approximately 1.5km up from the beach on a sand dune, with breathtaking views.

Please note that a 4x4 vehicle is required to get to the lodge.

Units are serviced on a daily basis by our friendly staff, who can also assist you with your laundry.

The lodge offers 24 hour security and has secure on-site parking.

The units are very comfortable and fully equipped for all your self catering needs, Facilities include crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils, a gas stove & electric fridge, chest freezer, toaster, kettle, & all linen/bedding.

Please note that you must provide your own towels. There is a shower and toilet serving the bunk rooms and another en-suite shower/toilet off the master bedroom.

Come and take in the beautiful views whilst sipping on one of our famous cocktails at the Thirsty Parrot Bar & Restaurant, or take a dip in the pool, which surrounds the bar. The restaurant offers delicious meals and the seafood platter is a must.

Fishing trips & Scuba Diving can be arranged, as well as many other activities.
