The unit is fully furnished for self catering, including a modern and fully fitted kitchen with a 2 plate stove, combination oven/air fryer/microwave, kettle, toaster and a fridge.

The queen bed is fitted with luxurious linens and the lounge has comfortable seating for four and is equipped with a TV with DSTV as well as unlimited Wi Fi.

The area is fitted with a ceiling fan for your comfort during warm days.

There is a dining area in the corner of the room with seating for four, and the modern bathroom is fitted with a double basin for your convenience, as well as a large shower.

There is a portable braai as well as outside seating on the grass area, for you to enjoy a sundowner, a braai and the most spectacular views.

The beach is a short walk away of about 500m and to get to the main Ramsgate swimming beach it is a quick 3 minute drive, or a 10 -15 minute walk.

Bath and beach towels are provided.
