The To Strand Holiday Resort offers charming self-catering chalets and camping accommodations, situated in a small, picturesque town named Leisure Bay, only 26 km south of Margate and 10 km north of the Wild Coast Sun.

The resort comprises self-catering chalets and spacious stands for camping. We also have a Rivertent which is ideal for glamping. The campsite has two ablution blocks (one of the bathrooms is disabled-friendly with grab rails), which are serviced daily. Each stand is provided with water and power points. Each chalet boasts a private en-suite bathroom, air-conditioning, a TV with limited DStv channels, and a patio with a built-in braai/BBQ area.

Our intimate and private restaurant, The Bean Bag Cafe, is perfectly situated above our swimming pool with its crystal-clear water to complement any occasion. It comfortably seats 50 guests but can expand at a moment’s notice to any of our enclosed seating areas. It boasts its own fully licenced bar area. It is ideal for corporate events, conferences, weddings and school and church groups of all sizes. We also have a modern conference centre, equipped with Wi-Fi, air-conditioning and audio-visual facilities.

The lush forests of Port Edward are great for hiking, home to wildlife and over 200 species of birds. Explore Umtamvuna Nature Reserve (9km) or Mpenjati Nature Reserve (12km), with its abundance of wetlands, dune forests, grassland, and lagoon.
