The master bedroom boasts a luxurious king-size bed and a full en-suite bathroom with both a bath and a shower. The other three bedrooms each have queen-size beds and their own en-suite bathrooms, equipped with a shower, toilet, and basin, ensuring privacy and comfort for all guests. In addition to the en-suite bathrooms in each bedroom, there is also a convenient guest bathroom available for visitors.

UNIT LAYOUT

The fully equipped kitchen comes with modern appliances, including a gas stove, washer, dryer, and dishwasher, making meal preparation and cleanup a breeze. The cozy living area features a television with DStv, and guests can enjoy the convenience of Wi-Fi throughout the house. For those who love outdoor cooking, the property offers both a built-in braai and a gas braai, while the indoor fireplace adds a warm ambiance on chilly winter nights.
