The second bedroom is fitted with 2 single beds and the third bedroom has one single bed. These two bedrooms are serviced by a modern bathroom, fitted with a shower, toilet and basin. All three bedrooms are fitted with ceiling fans.

The lounge and all 3 bedrooms have large glass and aluminium sliding doors leading out onto a spacious tiled patio, partially enclosed, on the sea facing side.

The open plan, modern kitchen boasts Caesarstone counter tops and upmarket appliances, including a microwave, fridge, ice maker and dishwasher.

Off the kitchen is a dining table with seating for four.

The lounge has comfortable couches, seating six, with a flat screen TV, and Explora DSTV decoder for your entertainment.
