The complex has a lift so the unit is suitable for a person with impaired mobility.

The main bedroom is fitted with a queen bed and the second and third bedrooms are both fitted with two single beds. All bedrooms are also equipped with air conditioners for your comfort.

The main bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a corner bath, shower, toilet and basin and the second and third bedroom is serviced by a bathroom with a bath, toilet and basin, as well as a washing machine and tumble dryer for your convenience.

The unit has a modern and fully fitted kitchen including fridge, stove, dishwasher and microwave.

The lounge is fitted with a comfortable lounge suite seating 6 and a flat screen TV with the full bouquet of DSTV channels. Off the lounge is a large balcony with a built-in gas braai and patio furniture for you to enjoy the view.

There is a carport allocated to your unit with additional visitor’s parking and there is a swimming pool with braai facilities in the complex.

Margate Main beach is about 100m away and is accessible via a gate from the complex to the beach and there are restaurants and shops within the immediate vicinity.

All linen is supplied except towels.
