Praslin 4 is a modern, spacious unit overlooking Ramsgate lagoon with a beautiful sea view.

The unit sleeps 6 with the main bedroom fitted with a queen bed, the second bedroom with a double and the third bedroom with 2 singles. The en-suite bathroom as well as the second bathroom is fitted with a bath, shower, basin and toilet.

The lounge is tastefully furnished with seating for six with a flat screen TV with DSTV connection provided, so should you want to watch TV, please bring with your own DSTV decoder, smartcard and cables, or else hire one from the local supplier in Margate. (PVR/ Explora compatible)

There is also a dining table with seating for 6 just off the lounge.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and includes a fridge/freezer, microwave, stove, washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher.

The lounge and all bedrooms are fitted with ceiling fans.

There is a large balcony with stunning sea views, as well as outside furniture provided for your convenience.

A braai area is provided at the swimming pool on the roof of the complex.

The unit is close to the beach, approximately 200m, but it is necessary to cross a road. The complex boasts a swimming pool and this unit has a garage as well as secure parking for visitors.

This unit is suitable for someone with mobility impairments, as there are no stairs from the driveway so a person could be dropped off from that side before parking the vehicle at the bottom in the garage. There are however 15 stairs from the garage area.

All linen is provided, just bring your own beach and bath towels.
