24 on Rocherpan is a beautifully designed holiday home located in the tranquil coastal village of Dwarskersbos. The property boasts a seamless flow of spaces, modern amenities, and stunning ocean views, making it an ideal choice for couples, families, or friends looking to unwind. Situated in a serene environment, 24 on Rocherpan combines comfort and natural beauty, providing guests with a memorable coastal retreat.
This house can accommodate 4 guests and comprises 2 tastefully furnished bedrooms. The main bedroom is located upstairs, and it has a queen-sized bed, fireplace, and an en-suite bathroom equipped with a spacious shower, double basins, and a toilet. The bedroom opens onto a private balcony with breathtaking ocean views. The second bedroom is located on the ground floor and is furnished with 2 single beds and has an en-suite bathroom with a shower, basin, and toilet. Double doors lead to the patio with stunning ocean views. Linen is provided, however, guests are required to bring their own bath and beach towels.
The home features a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge-freezer, stove, oven, air fryer, cutlery, crockery, and tea- and coffee-making facilities. In addition, there is also a dishwasher and washing machine for guests’ convenience. The kitchen is part of an open-plan space that flows into the dining and living areas, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The dining area is furnished with a dining table and chairs, positioned near a built-in braai. This setup makes it perfect for sharing meals with family or friends. The living area is equally inviting, offering plush couches and a smart TV. Guests can relax here and log into their own streaming accounts for entertainment during their stay.
Sliding stackable doors open from the living and dining areas onto a covered patio, which serves as a versatile outdoor space. Whether you’re enjoying a morning coffee, or simply taking in the fresh ocean air, this area seamlessly blends indoor and outdoor living.
The house includes a secure single garage for parking, ensuring your vehicle is safe during your stay. At the back of the house, a private courtyard with a washing line is available for drying clothes or beach towels.
By accepting the quote, you agree to provide a completed personal information form and a copy of your ID.
To respect our neighbours, loud music, excessive noise, and parties are not allowed.
Please note the house is not pet-friendly, and day visitors are not permitted.
Non-compliance may result in immediate eviction without a refund and forfeiture of the breakage deposit.
Please wash and put away dirty dishes before leaving, as unwashed dishes will incur an extra fee.
Smoking is prohibited in the house; any signs of smoking will lead to loss of the deposit.
Refunds will be processed within 14 working days, minus any deductions, the person who made the booking is responsible for any excess costs if the deposit is insufficient.
Remember to pack the following items: beach towels, dishcloths, firewood, toiletries, cleaning supplies, extra toilet paper, and additional black bags.
The property owner and manager are not responsible for any injuries, loss, damage, theft, or death to any person or their property, including any items forgotten or left behind in the house.

It is a beautiful West Coast town. Long walks along the beach, sunsets and visit to Rocherpan.
Wamakersvlei beach farm is unique. The best of the farm and long stretch of beach, ideal for long beach walks.
The beach view was just mesmerized, the peacefully area just to unwind was an awesome holiday getaway from the busy lifestyle!!!
Perfect sights, beautiful scenic surrounding the area. Would avoid nothing. Very friendly ppl and I loved the little fishing village in Veldrift on our way home. Bought beautiful bags and souvenirs.
