This spacious 3-bedroom home is situated in Protea Heights, Brackenfell in Cape Town. Located in a safe and friendly atmosphere and offers easy access to shops and famous wine routes and to the city's vibrant attractions. It is the ideal retreat for families and friends, providing comfortable and spacious accommmodation. No venue's allowed
Equipped with a small invertor that will provide the necessities like lights / wi-fi / ice machine / tv, during loadshedding. (Unfortunately no aircons)
The space
The main bedroom has a luxurious on-suite, equipped with a queen sized bed and bath, shower and toilet. Bedroom 2 features a queen sized bed and the 3rd bedroom a queen size bed that shares a well appointed family bathroom. We can provide 2 single bed mattresses for kids. Also a separate toilet before you enter the spacious living area. We have fully equipped kitchen and dinning area which seats 6 people with a lounge and the entertainment area with a bar and indoor braai where you have the view over the inviting swimming pool and hills. Outside on the deck there is a bar when lounging next to the pool. Swimming pool is for main house use only.

Other things to note
During loadshedding we do have a small invertor to provide the essential like, lights, tv, wi-fi and ice maker, but unfortunately not the aircons in the rooms, so we replaced them with the fans. Please be advised that we do not allow the house to be used as a "venue" as we value and respect our surrounding neighbours.
Apartment
Private entrance through courtyard to apartment which consists of a queen bed with bathroom and kitchenette. Apartment does not include use of the swimming pool.
