Some rooms are equipped with king-size beds, twin beds, or a queen bed. All the rooms have private bathrooms with either a bath and a shower or a shower only. Air conditioning, flat-screen TVs with streaming services, work desks, and free Wi-Fi are available in all the rooms. Some rooms have DStv, and guests are required to bring their decoder. Each room also has a bar fridge and coffee and tea facilities. The rooms are serviced daily.

Milnerton is the oldest of the suburbs along the northern Table Bay. It boasts many attractions and is a popular spot for jet skiing, surfing, bodyboarding, rafting down the lagoon, fishing, prawn fishing, and canoe paddling.
