A modern style beach house situated in the popular seaside neighborhood of Onrus and is ideal for a coastal holiday with family and friends. A cool ocean breeze, uninterrupted sea views and total relaxation await discerning guests visiting Villa Elaine. Walking into the this house you immediately feel like you are on holiday. You can enjoy sundowners and the fresh sea breeze. A three minute walk to the famous Blue Flag Onrus Beach. which is only 15 minutes from Hermanus CBD.

A once off cleaning and laundry fee of R 1200.00 is due regardless of the length of stay.
A breakages deposit of R 2000.00 is due which is refundable should there be no breakages or damages.
Strictly no smoking inside the house (R1000 penalty will be charged). You are welcome to use the outside areas to smoke.
Pets allowed prior to arrangement
No loud music or noise is allowed that may disturb neighbors.
No unsupervised groups of learners, matriculants or undergraduate students allowed.

The double-storey house sleeps 8 adults and 4 children and has 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The spacious master bedroom has a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. There are 2 bedrooms with a king size bed, and another with 2 single beds. The fifth bedroom has 2 bunk beds for children. There are 2 bathrooms with a shower, while the last bathroom has a bath and a shower.

The open-plan living area is on the ground floor and has a kitchen equipped with a gas stove, electric oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, cutlery and crockery. There is also a counter with stools. The kitchen leads to a dining table and a cozy sitting area with comfortable seating and a fireplace with a view over the sea. There is another living area with a TV room and a kitchenette with a dishwasher, washing machine and fridge-freezer upstairs.

The upper floor leads to a balcony which is the ideal place for a morning coffee. The ground floor leads to a large veranda with a dining table and braai facilities where guests can hang out together. There is also an outdoor shower for guests who want to wash off the sea sand.

All linen and towels are provided. Please bring Beach towels with you. Houses are fully furnished with all the conveniences to ensure that your stay is comfortable. At some properties you have to bring your DSTV decoder and smart card

This sea side town also offers activities such as mountain biking, hiking, paragliding and walking.

The Kleinriver lagoon boarders the eastern side of Hermanus and is also well known for water sports, bird watching and fishing.

The stretch of beach between Hermanus and De Kelders offers exceptional space for horse riding. Come and breathe the champagne air while whale watching the giant mammels of the ocean.

Hermanus is known as the best whale watching spot in the world. For nature lovers there is also the Fernkloof nature reserve with its cliff paths and abundance of fynbos and indigenous plants. The area also offers more than 100 restaurants with great shopping malls and retailers such as Woolworths, Checkers, etc.

All houses have outdoor relaxation areas including braai areas. Some have swimming pools and garden spaces.

Fresh fish can be bought at the harbour. Every Saturday there are 2 popular craft markets with more than a 100 exhibitors selling their craft. Wine lovers can enjoy the very famous wines of the Hemel and Aarde valley and visit well known farms such as Hamilton Russel, Sumaridge Wine Estate and Bouchard Finlayson. This area offers excellent investment opportunities with some popular properties for sale.
