Ramsgate, with amazing sea views. The unit has only one step when you enter, so is suitable for a
person who is mobility impaired.
The unit sleeps 6 people, and the main bedroom is fitted with a king bed, while the second and third
bedrooms are fitted with two single beds in each.
There are ceiling fans in all of the bedrooms and the main bedroom opens up onto a spacious
balcony with beautiful ocean views.
There are two bathrooms, the one being en en-suite off the main bedroom, which is fitted with a
shower, toilet and basin, as well as a washing machine, and the second one is fitted with a bath,
shower, toilet and basin.
The unit boasts a fully fitted kitchen including a fridge, stove/oven and microwave as well as a
dishwasher for your convenience.
The spacious lounge is fitted with a comfortable lounge suite seating six, including a smart TV with
Wi Fi for your entertainment, on which you can stream Netflix or DSTV using your own login
credentials.
A built in braai is located on the covered balcony, as well as patio furniture seating six, and stunning
sea views.
There is a lock up garage which can accommodate two vehicles, with extra visitor's parking in the
complex. There is a swimming pool and additional braai area in the complex, with manicured lawns,
and direct beach access, only about 50m away.
The main swimming beach is about 150m away, and shops and restaurants are within the immediate
vicinity.
All linen and bath towels are provided, just bring your own beach towels.
