This expansive house boasts five spacious bedrooms and four bathrooms, providing ample room for guests. Two of the bedrooms are furnished with king-size beds, the third with a queen bed, the fourth with two single beds, and the fifth with two queen-size beds. The four well-appointed bathrooms include showers, toilets, and wash basins, with two also featuring relaxing baths for added comfort.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, and coffee and tea-making facilities, ensuring a convenient and enjoyable cooking experience. The living room offers comfortable couches, a cosy fireplace, and a flat-screen TV with streaming services, perfect for relaxation and entertainment. Adjacent to the living area is a dining space, ideal for enjoying meals together.

Kommetjie is essentially a seaside village with beach houses that date back to the 1900s. Kommetjie has managed to retain much of its rural appeal and residents here still regard themselves as living outside of Cape Town and away from it all. The Kommetjie beach also has a protected tidal pool perfect for toddlers and the beach is peaceful, even during peak season.
