Charmaine from Serengeti offered us alternative accommodation at Tygerberg Waterfront in the Cascades without any additional costs and it was absolutely superb..... beautiful view on the lake surrounded by a wide choice of excellent restaurants - everything was clean and comfy. This will be my 'To go to" whenever I am in Cape Town again. High five for Charmaine's initiative
Our stay was very comfortable. We were very happy with our stay, and it was a very convenient location to stay at because it is not far from site seeing amenities. We did not have to spend very long hours travelling. We arrived very late, and arrangements were made to accommodate our arrival to access the keys and it was an absolutely peaceful and comfortable stay. Loved it:)

For more than three times, my stay at Serengeti self catering units has been amazing!!!
We have a had numerous visits to Serengeti with booking through Afristay. Somehow I kept dealing with the same agent named Carmaine, she made sure that everything was very well in order way before our arrival. No confusion as what where and then. We even met the owners who are also very friendly, patient and very accommodating making double sure we were happy with our stay. Even the 24 hour security does regular checks throughout the night to make extra sure all visitors are safe and secure. It's an Amaizing place to visit for a peaceful getaway.

I enjoyed your beautiful valley with spectacular views of the hills and mountains so nice, green and peaceful. The view from our 8th floor apartment was incredible overlooking the lake, nice 1 for selfies! The trading hours so convenient that you shop in peace.The restaurant staff across all we visited very friendly and so helpful. WiFi services available in all shopping malls and restaurants.
