With its stunning scenery and panoramic views, lush indigenous gardens, luxury air-conditioned Guesthouse and Self Catering Villas with personalised service, Spanish Farm is the ideal base from which to explore the beauty of the Western Cape. From here you can visit South Africa's most famous wine routes - Stellenbosch (a 10 minute drive), Franschhoek and Paarl (40 minutes), or set off on safari to nearby game lodges in the Klein Karoo area or for the really brave at heart try some shark cage diving in Gansbaai.
Spanish Farm is 20 minutes' drive from Cape Town International Airport, 40 minutes' drive from Cape Town and the Victoria & Alfred Waterfront and close to many outstanding golf courses, a number of major shopping centres, beautiful beaches and excellent restaurants.
In Room Facilities:Guesthouse Room 1 has a double sized bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The room leads onto a private patio.
Guesthouse Room 2 has twin extra length beds and has an en-suite bathroom complete with double basins with a shower. It leads onto a private patio .
Guesthouse Room 3 has a king size poster extra length bed, an en-suite bathroom with an inside shower and a refreshing outside shower. This room has an intimate private patio.
Rose Cottage is a cute self-catering cottage. The bedroom has a queen sized poster extra length bed, a kitchenette which is fully equipped, complete with fridge and a stove top. The unit has a Nespresso coffee machine, a large walk in shower and a refreshing outside shower as well. There are lovely views of the Helderberg mountain from the cottage.
Spanish Farm has completed the new architecturally designed luxury 5 star villas.
The Villas are set in magnificent indigenous gardens with beautiful fynbos vegetation and ample birdlife.
There are private nature pools with wooden decks for guests to sunbath in privacy. A vast terrace overlooking the ocean for al fresco dining or enjoying a sun-downer completes your day.
Each Villa has their own lounge with a wood burning fireplace and DSTV; a dining room and fully equipped kitchen.
Area Information:With its conveniently central location there are plenty of activities available to guests staying at Spanish Farm.
The nearby town of Somerset West with its restaurants, shops and spas is just 6km inland from the False Bay coast and the resort towns of Strand and Gordon's Bay, 20km from Stellenbosch - the most popular wine route in South Africa - and a mere 45 minutes' drive to Franschhoek.
All the sights and attractions of Cape Town including the Victoria & Alfred Waterfront and Table Mountain, are just 40 minutes' drive away.

Amazing space and views!

Home away from home. Great views, relaxing and well equipped, great staff and lots more.
Wow!! This is quite possibly the most beautiful, place that I have ever stayed. A cube of glass with views of the mountains, the sea, the beautiful gardens. We had difficulty trying to decide to spend time in the private garden (with beautiful water feature and the cutest frogs) and the porch with spectacular views. Except for a cold night when we enjoyed the fire. You won't want to leave.
The kitchen is well kitted out. There is a washing machine. And the place is spotless!
Ulandi and the staff were very friendly.
I highly recommend Spanish Farms!!

Beautiful walks, everything so easily accessible.

Restaurants, parks and shops are outstanding.
How close it is to the wine farms, farmers markets, how close is to the ocean - really it is in the middle of all outstanding experiences that will give you an opportunity to create great memories.
