We are a four star TGCSA graded Guesthouse in Umhlanga set in a tranquil setting, close to The Village and Gateway. We are where to stay in Umhlanga, and have the right accommodation to suit your needs. There are beautiful sea views from the lounge, Patio, Suite 1, and Penthouse. We have five Standard En-Suites, one Executive Suite, one Family Suite, a Honeymoon Suite and a Penthouse. There is free Wi-Fi throughout the Guesthouse. All rooms have own aircon and bar fridge.
The Guesthouse has a dining room and lounge area with big screen SMARTTV.
This area leads out onto a large patio with beautiful views of the ships on the Ocean and is ideal for breakfast in the morning or for drinks in the evening. This area overlooks the large swimming pool and lush garden.
The Standard en-suites all have own air conditioning, ceiling fan, DSTV/SMART TV, fridge, microwave, hair drier, and tea/coffee facilities with fresh milk available. Some have bath and shower and some shower only.
Area Information:There are several world class golf courses in close proximity namely Durban Country Club, Beachwood, Zimbali, Princes Grant, Mt Edgecombe, Royal Durban, and Umhlali, etc. We can arrange tee off times for guests and arrange outings for spouses. Deep sea fishing can be arranged with Casea Charters who are extremely experienced in this area. A variety of tours in and around Durban can be arranged.

There is also ample room for safe parking, including a car port for two cars.
Hluluhle and Imfolozi Game Reserve are a two and a half hour drive away where the Big 5 can be seen.
There are numerous day trips to Valley of Thousand Hills, Crocodile Farm, Lion Park, Cultural villages, etc.
Ushaka Marine World in the City of Durban is a fifteen minute drive away and Moses Mabhide Stadium is a ten minute Drive.
King Shaka International Airport is only a 15-minutes drive from our establishment.

A delightful guest house in Umhlanga close to all amenities and not far from the King Shaka International Airport.
We were luckily given the Honeymoon suite which was very spacious and with a really large Jacuzzi type bath and double basins. The view of the garden and the sea in the distance was beautiful. The other rooms from what I could see were smaller.
The breakfast was phenomenal. The hosts Naomi and Martinus were most friendly and helpful as were the staff. I feel the guesthouse is professional in its manner but still with a homely touch.
I would definitely stay there again and highly recommend Kingston Place Guesthouse.
