Thulamela B&B consists of 6 timber cottages accommodating 2 guests each, all with wooden decks and a spa bath situated in the natural bush with free-roaming plains game.
In Room Facilities:Our cottages are all constructed out of wood and each one is located in a secluded part of indigenous bush. Careful planning and attention to detail ensure your stay with us will be an enjoyable experience.
Area Information:The property has prolific bird life which will suit the most intrepid birder. In addition, our uniqueness is categorized by the many romantic celebrations of anniversaries, honeymoons, and wedding proposals which makes Thulamela the ideal breakaway retreat.
Property Facilities:All cottages with spa-bath on the patio, 4 seaters, heated, undercover.
Private barbecue area for each cottage – we can provide braai goodies eg. Marinated rump in Olive Oil and Verjuice, braai bread, “something green”, salad greens, and fruit with a sweet treat for dessert, at an additional cost. - Charcoal and firelighters are available at an additional cost.

A lovely secluded getaway for two. The breakfasts were very good and we were well hosted. The places have a special personal touch to them. Try to go when it is warm though... we were there on probably the coldest week of the year and it really was freezing at night! But yes, I can recommend them.
The place is very nice and peaceful, the rooms, wow so beautiful you sleep peaceful.
Probably the best holiday I've ever had. Everything was though with a personal love touch to it. Well trained friendly staff and Penny is a lovely host. I will Def be back. I loved this place!!!
