Welcome to The Twelve Apostles Hotel and Spa!
IMPORTANT INFORMATION: These rates are only applicable to SADC residents; extra fees will be charged on arrival if you cannot show a SA ID or request to be quoted for international rates.
The Twelve Apostles Hotel and Spa stand at the edge of the world. On one side, a line of majestic mountains 'The Twelve Apostles' reaches towards the heavens; on the other, the sun sets on breeching whales, playful dolphins, and crashing Atlantic rollers. And all around, you can walk the wilderness trails of Table Mountain National Park. We'll even pack you a picnic.
And yet this luxury 5-star boutique hotel is just a few minutes from worldly, cosmopolitan Cape Town. City-centre theatres and art galleries, plus the shops and restaurants of the vibrant Victoria & Alfred Waterfront are only 15 minutes away via our complimentary car transfer service. Nearest of all is the elegant area of Camps Bay with its beautiful golden beaches. Or, if you prefer adventure to sun-soaked relaxation, we can arrange sea fishing, shark and scuba diving, or whale watching trips.
Further afield are the Cape Winelands (private tours by arrangement), notably the town of Hermanus where you can visit one of SA's leading boutique vineyards, Bouchard Finlayson, see whales from the shore and, beyond that, the ancient tip of Africa where the Atlantic and Indian oceans meet.

Reviews
We have been visiting 12A for the past 20 years. We have never had a single complaint. Everything is always picture perfect. It is the best place to stay in Cape Town.
Two nights of sheer bliss, we didn't want to leave!! From the moment we arrived, what impressed us the most was the exceptional service we received. The Porters, the Concierge/s, the waiters, all made us feel like royalty! So warm and welcoming and attentive. Our rooms were luxurious, with so much attention to detail, and the bed linen and towels of superb quality. Everything we consumed be it food or drinks were mouth-wateringly delicious. The ambiance, the stunning views of the mountains and the ocean, complemented this unforgettable experience!
Always an enjoyable stay.
Glad the oysters are still available for breakfast.
I have stayed at this hotel previously, but I came on this day just for the spa. What an amazing experience. The lounge area was full of healthy snacks and drinks. They also have a pool area that you can access before or after your treatments. The locker and changing room area is really small but you can change in the bathrooms for more privacy. Great location nestled in the foot of the 12 Apostles mountain range.
The Twelve Apostles Hotel is stunning, we stayed here for 3 nights and were made to feel so welcome by the wonderfully warm and genuinely hospitable staff. Built into the cliff side at the foot of Table Mountain as you can imagine the views were spectacular..the room and hotel were very luxurious and you could easily find a nice corner to retreat and relax in..they did have a Spa which looked wonderful, but as the weather was so wonderful we spent lots of our time outside...the concierge found a couple of bikes for us and we cycled to Houts Bay (lots of uphill, as well as down !) spectacular scenery and found a wonderful fish & chips at the Bay, where we sat taking in the beautiful beach and landscape. We took advantage of the Hotel shuttle minibus visiting the V & A waterfront - well worth a visit as well as the local Camps bay, where we ate at The Codfather (best fish restaurant ever!) recommended by the Hotel. Sundowners at the Hotel in the Leopard bar ..are not to be missed! - this will go down as one of my favorite Hotels, one day we hope to return ….
Couldnt wish for more.... We were made to feel part of the family as we checked in. Discreet luxury, beautifully decorated rooms, premium comfort=a blissful stay! Our room had views of the mountain and the ocean--we had a small verandah off our bedroom where we could enjoy the beautiful scenery. Bed linen was fabulous.
The hotel is well positioned to tour the Cape-close to Camps Bay,not too far from the City Bowl and a short distance from Hout Bay.

Camps Bay Reviews
Everything
Beautiful home. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Walking distance to the beach and the shops, perfect for our family.
Camps bay 💞 I enjoy the apartment and the service we received was very standard most of all being near the beach and so many restaurants 👌
the view, the walking distance for where we where to the beach which was very clean and the shop close by where we bought our food was very nice
Scenery, accommodation, location close to CT, Table Mountain etc.
There are so many thing to do here but what I enjoyed most was being centrally located with so many day trip options available.
Camps Bay is iconic. The atmosphere was awesome.
